Chilton Estate Management Ltd, founded by Deborah Velleman in 1996, currently occupies two floors of office space in central Bath, with a dedicated staff divided into teams covering three key areas.

Teams:

Deborah Velleman, Managing Director, who as well as running Chilton Estate Management, ensures that Management Company business is conducted efficiently having regard to all statutory requirements, and she closely supervises the specialist teams.
   
Margaret Cheese heads up the four person Accounts Team which handles all the complex financial issues involved in property management, preparing accounts and budgets, collecting service charges and rents, as well as ensuring that contractors and suppliers are paid on time. Magda and Emma are also the first points of contact for landlords and tenants on the Lettings side of the business.
   
Our Maintenance Department is responsible for organising and monitoring all building works at the properties: from day to day repairs and emergency calls, to long term maintenance and major projects. When insured incidents cause damage to the building, the specialist Insurance Claim team administer the claims as well as organise the repairs.
   
Rob Winder manages the Legal Enquiries Team of three, which provides legal advice and assistance both within the Company and to clients. The team works closely with local solicitors over conveyancing matters and litigation. In addition, Rob looks after the Company’s IT side, while Kate acts as Deborah’s Personal Assistant, deals with office supplies and handles the Company’s PR.
